1.Check if the safety lock is in the locked position.If itis,slide it to the unlock position.

2.To achieve better results,please direct the devicedirectly towards the dog.

3.As sound waves,the effectiveness of the devicediminishes with distance.The optimal range is within 16feet.

4.To prevent dogs from adapting to a single frequencyof ultrasonic,please alternate between using the HIGHand LOW buttons for better results.

5.Ultrasonic devices do not work on dogs with hearingimpairment.
